Bill Hoke and Patricia Graf-Hoke have been actively involved in the marketing and communications industry for more than 30 years.

Together, we have worked on hundreds of client projects at our full-service advertising agency located in downtown Seattle and our agency and consulting firm located in Kitsap County.

During that time we have been involved in producing television, radio, print and internet advertising, public relations, news information for new, emerging and established business and non profit organizations. Graf-Hoke maintains an on-call team of communication and marketing professionals giving clients access to the highest quality of expertise, paying only for what is needed, when it is needed.

As a life-long creative director, creating memorable creative strategies that get results and achieve goals is our goal, too. We've created award winning campaigns for a wide range of clients including developing the original communication strategies and programs that successful promoted Bremerton's highly publicized and national recognized revitalization effort. Communication strategies were target to investors, developers, stakeholders, community and government leaders and residents.

In 2005, Patricia was named a Women of Achievement by the Kitsap YWCA for her tireless work on behalf of the downtown Bremerton, Washington, revitalization and support of the arts' districts, local artists and musicians and helped to resurrect the Bremerton Farmer's Market . She also mentors women artists and women in business. Patricia was CEO of Graf-Hoke, Inc. when the firm's offices were located in downtown, overseeing a staff of 14 and annual billings of $1.2 million. She is also a semi-professional photographer, published author and parent.

Bill's career began in Detroit where he worked on national automobile brands and he then worked for international advertising agencies in New York, Los Angeles and Seattle directing creative services on some of America's largest brands, including Holland America, Roman Meal Bread, Boeing, Cadillac, Pontiac, Nissan, American Express and many others.

He has written comprehensive marketing, sales and communication plans for many large business and organizations and and he provides one-to-one consulting for start-up feasibility analysis, working with established businesses or every size to develop marketing and sales strategies.

Both Bill and Patricia are available to make a presentation to your group, organization, annual retreats and corporate meetings. You'll find more information on our Speaking page.

In the past five years, Patricia and Bill have worked with more than 5,000 business owners and non profit organization directors in workshops across the Pacific northwest and in Alaska. We are advocates for small business which we believe are critical to the economic successful and sustainability of our communities and quality of life.

The couple has a long history of community involvement in supporting the arts, promoting local commerce and working with disability agencies. Bill served on the Foundation Board at Kitsap Mental Health and was volunteer marketing chair of the United Way of Kitsap for five years.

Bill is a long time active mentor in the Washington CASH micro-lending program and leads a group of economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs in their business start-up efforts. In 2003, he was named Mentor of the Year by Washington CASH and has served on the state board. He was also one of the founders of the Kitsap Business Assistance Center at Olympic College.
